My twins are working on long division this week. I was looking for a worksheet that had division of whole numbers with terminating or repeating decimal quotients. I was amazed at how hard these were to find! I downloaded several worksheets that asked for remainders thinking I could just have them continue on dividing, but they all ended up being non-repeating, non-terminating decimals that added frustration (which no one needs in math!)
Fed up, I finally just created my own worksheets. This is a set of 3 worksheets for your students to use to practice long division. Every answer is a whole number, terminating decimal or repeating decimal. I did not write any instructions at the top in case you prefer your students to give their answers as remainders or fractions. I hope these will save you some time! One of my kids prefers having the graph paper to help him keep everything in order, so it's on the background of the picture.

As a final note, I wanted to also share a very cool website we found to practice long division (without decimals or remainders). It's called MathFROG - Dividerama! The MathFROG website has other interactive games you can check out as well.
